Use the registration form in the brochure or Download the registration form from the Downloads section of this site. 

Mail your registration with full payment to the following address:

For Malaysian Delegates:
  • Only cheques or money orders are accepted for mail-in registrations. Cheques or money orders should be made payable to “Assemblies of God of Malaysia”.
  • Please write “Youth Alive Malaysia” and your name at the back of your cheque or money order.
For Foreign Delegates:
  • Only bank drafts are accepted for registration of foreign delegates.
  • Bank drafts should be made payable to “Assemblies of God of Malaysia”.
  • Please write “Youth Alive Malaysia” and your name at the back of your bank draft.

How Much Does it Cost?
Cost: RM 120.00 [Malaysian delegates]
          USD 40.00 [for foreign delegates]
You will be provided with Conference files, pen, lunch and tea breaks, excluding accommodation.
Registration must be accompanied with full payment. Fees are non-refundable.
